DELIVERY POLICY

A down payment of 50% of the agreed total price is required to confirm the booking. After receiving the non-refundable down payment, the yacht will be reserved under the charterer’s name for the agreed charter period. A voucher receipt will be issued to the charterer that states the details of the charter trip, after the down payment was received.
The 50% balance of the agreed total charter price must be received on the day of the charter trip prior to boarding the yacht.
The charterer is expected to show at the agreed date and time of the charter where the yachts are located – Jumeirah 5 Umm Suqeim 2 P.O. Box 215762, Dubai – UAE.
Multiple Bookings
We allow multiple bookings. The multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

The charterer is obliged to carry valid documents, in such case, emirates ID or original passport, for all the guests, prior to boarding the yacht. Failure to do so means cancellation of the trip and no refund will be given.
