REFUND POLICY

1. The company give 100% refund depending on the following situation:
• The trip is being cancelled by the company due to bad weather, technical problems, etc.
• Availability of service of the yacht/captain and crew is not possible.
2. Processing of refund takes one week or two before the guest get their money back, depending on the accounts.
3. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
